Boosalis is the best bakery in Ohio and dare I say the US. Fantastic bear claws and danishes. If you appreciate craft, great quality ingredients, and that home style service then this is your place!

Amazing! Mr. Boosali is Extremely friendly, as well as the rest of the staff. The food is literally the best I’ve ever had.

I just went this past week and Boosalis is hands down the best pastry shop you will find in the state of Ohio and quite possibly the United States. Can't believe there was a hidden gem in my backyard all of these years. I will be back for more.

The best thing about this shopping center is this amazing bakery. Everything is delicious and you can taste the amazing european butter in all the pastry. The staff is always so nice 😊

The chocolate cream puffs are my favorite! My fiance has to get a croissant every time; unbelievably flaky and perfectly buttery. The sandwiches are made with boars head meats. Everything is made fresh daily. Boosalis is one of our favorite local places. Check their hours, closed Sundays.

We found this Bakery by an article stating best bakery in Centerville. I just had to come and try it and let me tell you...it is the best bakery ever! The owner is incredibly sweet & very interactive with his customers. The food and pasteries are to die for! We love coming every weekend. I would 100% recommend!

A friend brought me here for lunch. I ordered a cranberry Turkey sandwich. It was Turkey served on a delicious cranberry bread. Very fresh. My friend ordered the chicken salad which is her favorite. The bakery items looked delicious, but I abstained. It's a place and the staff was very friendly. Parking was available or front. They also had salads, breakfast croissants, kids meals and desserts. I'll go back. It was fairly busy around lunch time. You can order to go.

My husband and I found this little gem this am... and I must say... It was absolutely delicious! Without asking I could instantly taste the quality ingredients and freshness. This is the first authentic French bakery I have ever found in the US (and I have been looking for one for the past 5 years.) The staff here are so friendly, and the food is to die for. The croissants are light and airy, all of the French pastries taste like they're straight from France. If you want French pastries or baked goods this is the place!

I always stop in for lunch about once a week. Without a doubt the best pastries and sandwiches I’ve ever had. They also have some of the best coffee around. Great place!

Saw this ad on Facebook for the best bakery in Ohio, 20 minutes away, and had to try it! My husband and I ordered several pastries, scones, and cookies to go, and breakfast sandwiches to eat there. Scrumptious! If you love croissants, these are fresh and delectable! After breakfast, my husband ate a sample of the almond macaroon and bought some of those also! We’re having a group gathering to taste the rest of the items! We loved the queen aman (can’t spell or say it in French). Will definitely be back! Get there early or order ahead, as the line starts when they open! Glad we found this treasure!

Boosalis did an excellent job catering a teacher's appreciation lunch for us! The teachers raved about the quality of the food and the lovely presentation, and we were thoroughly pleased with the Boosalis team's attention to detail, responsiveness during the ordering process, and delivery the day of the event. I would highly recommend Boosalis and intend to use them again!

Drove 45 minutes to check this place out. They were so busy that they ran out of almost everything.. they treated us so well, made sure our daughter still got something to eat and let us sample what they did have. Loved the staff and food!

Coffee was great and the croissant sandwich was too! Friendly staff and a small town bakery feel. I felt like I was buying my breakfast from a person and not a corporation.

Just left and I must say I can't wait to come back! Tried the caprese, a fresh out-of-the-oven croissant and a ham-&-cheese croissant and they were all delicious!! Also it was a nice touch that the owner himself came and talked with us and thanked us for coming in. I highly recommend this place.

I am possibly worlds hardest human to please when it comes to pastries, cakes, cookies, donuts, you name it. And I mean like 90% of what I try I end up ultimately being unimpressed but in the name of not driving my husband insane I’ve stopped being captain critical. All of this to say.... This place is completely legit. Their Kouign-amann is second to none. Hats off to you for not sacrificing your quality for cost.

I am so glad I stopped in today! Friends recommended it to me and it was worth it! The people were so friendly and nice! The pastries are amazing! They gave me a sample of an almond strawberry brioche bread and it was like a little buttery piece of heaven. I had to buy the loaf! It would be perfect for Easter. They said it’s brioche but it was more like brioche in steroids! It was way more than just a brioche! I will be back!!

Absolutely fantastic! The food is delicious! The owner Matt has an amazing memory for his customers, if he has the time he'll talk to you about anything and has a real interest in getting to know you. You can tell he is well versed in his culinary knowledge and is a pleasure to talk to. The entire staff is friendly and accomadating. This will definitely become a regular place for me to study!Also! They offer bread making classes! This place is an absolute must. : )

Amazing baked goods, the only bakery I order/buy from anymore!

This is a fantastic bakery. If you’re looking for true French pastries made with high quality ingredients, this is the place to go. I recommend the Kouign Amman, which is like a croissant but baked in a cup with a caramelized bottom. They do carry scones, cinnamon rolls, coffee cake, muffins and cookies, but their French pastries are superb! The owner is very friendly and welcoming and the shop is clean and comfortable. So thankful we have a place like this in the Dayton area.

Divine cream puffs, excellent croissants, even their scones (a category that's often dry) are great. Go to Bill's for doughnuts but come here for all your other baked goods! Great, friendly service. I always get the impression they recognize me and appreciate my individual business.

WOW-Moment!!! We went in and back out because there were no tables, The owner came out and convinced us to come back as tables would open up shortly. He started giving me some samples and told me it would change my life. Well, he was 100% correct! The Kouign-Amann was one of the best pasteries I have ever put in my mouth. The flavor and texture were outstanding. The other pastries and cookies we sampled were great as well. We told our friends and they came in the next day and bought bags, some of which they dropped off to us and are hooked like we are. DO NOT MISS THIS! And after your first bite remember this: "You're welcome!"

Matt Boosalis and his crew are true Artisan Bakers. They only use butter as a shortening and have phenomenal selection of high-quality pastries and breads. It is definitely worth going out of your way to find this little gem in Dayton Ohio. Our favorites are the Kouign Ammans, croissants and oatmeal cookies.

A sgt brought me some vegan cookies from here, they were delicious! They have vegan goods on select days so it’s better to call ahead and make sure before taking the trip. Update: came here myself for the first time, these vegan cookies are gooey and delicious <3 1.99 per cookie.

We love to eat at Boosalis and we love their catering. They have catered many of our family events and parties. Best catering experience we have ever had in all the places we have lived. Mindy is so easy to work with!

Hidden treasure. Baked goods are wonderful, good coffee and great sandwiches. The Caprese Panini was outstanding.

I could care less that the place was packed, line out the door. The food was so good! Kouign-Amann, I will be ruined for any other sweets from now on. This little baked goodness is worth it all.

I just found out about this fantastic local owned bakery. I visited last Monday but they were closed; however Matt the owner/baker took a moment to talk to me. He and mindy were wonderful and also gave me one of their chocolate chip cookies. This was the most decadent cookie I've had. This morning I returned and hands down they have the best croissants and Kouign-Amann I've had here in the states. They are like a little taste of European heaven right here in Dayton. The breakfast sandwich and coffee were delicious. The atmosphere is very nice and the people are very friendly. I will always have this be my go to bakery. i have always bought croissants at DLM for the past 30 years but no more...I'll always buy them and other fine baked goods at Boosalis. I'm glad I found this bakery!

Delicious coffee and fresh baked goods. Love their cranberry walnut bread!!! Best flavor I've experienced from a sandwich! Quaint ambience and super friendly and helpful staff. Minimal wait is totally worth it for freshness and flavor.

Very friendly people there. Best baguette I have found in Ohio. Good prices and good coffee ( Not great but very good). No non dairy creamer/milk. The other baked items looked tasty, but as I need to avoid dairy, I didn't try any.

They have wonderful hand made, fresh croissants, I could not resist ordering one stuffed with Havarty and ham. This is a great place for special ordering breakfast and light lunches. They cater and deliver, too. Their hours are not posted but management says they are open 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. Tuesday to Friday and 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Saturday.

We have been traveling the US and Canada, and have now covered over 30,000 miles in the past couple years, stopping in and looking for the best bakeries. The quality of the bake goods here at Boosali’s is by far the most superior and exceptional we have found. The texture and taste make me very happy I have stopped in today. Look at the pictures of these items too. It was so good, I went back the next day too, also buying bread. Well I am here again after traveling 10,000 more miles and this is “THE BEST!” What a delight.

I've been to bakeries all around the world and have had many delicious pastries. Boosalis is the best I have ever had. The croissants and Queen Almond that I had yesterday were mind blowing. I plan to come as often as possible and buy plenty. It's no wonder it's a 4.9 plus rating here because they are the best out around. Take the advice of these reviews and stop in.

Spent a quick visit to my best friend in Ohio and she took me out to lunch. What wonderful bakery. The food was fabulous and the service was great. Staff is friendly and the owner came over to ask how we were doing. Can’t wait to make this part of my tradition every time I come to visit. To bad they don’t ship to North Carolina.
